“The issue here, Economic Growth, shows that one of the most important factors that lead to sustainable economic development is quality of available labour. The quality of labour is determined in turn by education and training. The type of education received by individuals at any given period of time and in a geographical area, determines to a great extent, the quality of labour supply in the area. The point here is that, Business Education provides entrepreneurial and managerial skills capable of contributing meaningfully to sustainable development in Nigeria,” she posited.
While identifying entrepreneurs as key players in attaining sustainable development, she further explained that entrepreneurship is an economic development task involving the initiation of change, development of innovation and creative abilities for successful self-employment.
