The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), has officially invited candidates who selected the Institution as their first-choice in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored 160 and above to participate in the screening exercise for admissions.
The online registration for the screening exercise commences on Wednesday, August 02, 2023, and will end on midnight, Friday, September 15, 2023. Eligible candidates are required to pay a processing fee of N2,000.00 (Two thousand Naira only) through the Remita Platform at any Commercial bank.
To complete the registration, candidates are to follow these steps:

- Log on to the University Website: www.unn.edu.ng
- Click on the UNN portal (Top right corner of the Website)
- Select “Prospective Students”
- Choose “Online Application Form for 2023/2024 Admission Screening Exercise”
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number
- Generate the Invoice
- Make the payment at the bank or use your ATM Card for payment
- Return to the Portal
- Re-enter your JAMB Registration Number
- Complete your Date of Birth and all other blank fields
- Enter verified O/Level Subjects and Grades (awaiting results candidates should list their SSCE subjects)
- Upload Certificates (Birth Certificate, Local Government Identification, Testimonial, First School Leaving Certificate, JAMB Result Slip, O/Level 1, O/Level 2 for double sitting candidates) ensuring their sizes are not above 100KB
- Click the NEXT button
- Review Summary Page and check that all details entered are correct
- Check the CONFIRMATION BOX below
- Click SUBMIT
- Print Acknowledgement Slip.
Furthermore, the screening exercise for Direct Entry candidates who made UNN their first-choice institution is also open for registration.
The Post UTME screening test will be held from Tuesday, October 03 to Friday, October 13, 2023. Candidates are encouraged to visit the University website regularly for updates on the Screening exercise.
