NDLEA nab 39-yr-over possession of 399 improvised explosive device

National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) operatives apprehended a 39-year-old individual named Asana Leke on Thursday, September 7, along the Mokwa-Jebba Road. They seized 399 improvised explosive devices from him, which he claimed were given to him in Ibadan, Oyo State, with instructions to deliver them to someone in Kaduna.
