Borussia Dortmund has hired a new coach. The club appointed former player Nuri Sahin as the new coach on a three-year contract, replacing Edin Terzic.
Here are some details about the new coach .
- Nuri Sahin was part of the coaching staff as Terzic’s assistant.
- He has played for Dortmund for over 10 years and won the 2010/11 Bundesliga title under Jürgen Klopp.
- He has also played for Real Madrid, Liverpool and Werder Bremen.
- He will be joined by Sven Bender as co-assistant, who will continue in the role under his ex-Dortmund teammate.
