The research group of Prof. Chun Kit Kwok at the City University of Hong Kong is inviting applications for PhD positions. Prof. Kwok is an associate professor in the Chemistry Department and is engaged in nucleic acid chemistry and biology. The lab has received recognition and awards for their excellent research and has established collaborations with prestigious universities worldwide.

Scholarships:
- The value of the postgraduate studentship is approximately 17,510 HKD per month, which will increase to around 18,510 HKD per month after the comprehensive exam.
- Students with the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme will receive around 27,100 HKD per month.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related disciplines.
- Preferred research experience in Molecular Biology, RNA Biology, and Chemical Biology.
- Strong initiative, responsibility, time management, stress management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good English skills in reading, listening, writing, and presentation.
