The New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) is offering a Ph.D. student position in Mechanical Engineering under the mentorship of Dr. Alain Boldini. The position is based at the beautiful Old Westbury campus of NYIT, located just outside New York City.

Job Description:

Ph.D. students will work on addressing specific problems within the areas of mathematical modeling of different types of systems. Examples of available projects can be found on the NYIT website.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should have a solid research experience in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
• Candidates should have a B.Sc. or equivalent degree in one of these disciplines.
