Furthermore, the letter instructed Ambassador Ishola to commence the process of winding down his affairs and to formally take leave of the host government within a period of sixty days. The recall letter also stipulated that Ambassador Ishola is expected to return to Nigeria by October 31, 2023, at the latest.
