“We cool again,” Nelly said during the interview, adding that it was a surprise to both of them. He mentioned that being apart helped them understand each other better and that there’s no pressure in their renewed relationship.

Nelly and Ashanti have had an on-again, off-again relationship since 2003, keeping most details about their romance private. They’ve been spotted together at various events in recent months, sparking rumors of a reconciliation.

Ashanti also commented on the news on Instagram, writing, “Heyyyyyy bighead 😍❤️🤣 @nelly.”
