In another operation, the air component of Operation Haradin Daji engaged a convoy of approximately 70 motorcycles carrying terrorists in the Sangeko area of Maru Local Government Area in Zamfara State. The terrorists were effectively engaged, with several neutralized and their motorcycles destroyed, while others were injured.
The Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Hasan Abubakar, commended the professionalism and dedication of the air components, emphasizing the importance of continued efforts to support ground troops and ensure the safety and confidence of Nigerian citizens.
