In a significant move against criminal activities in Plateau State, troops from Operation SAFE HAVEN under HAKORIN DAMISA IV discovered an illicit weapons manufacturing facility during a clearance operation in Pakachi Village, Mangu Local Government Area.
Situated in a remote, mountainous terrain, the factory was clandestinely engaged in the production of illegal firearms.
The operation led to the apprehension of a 25-year-old male, Mr. Tapshak Plangji, suspected of involvement in the illegal activities at the facility. Meanwhile, the alleged owner, Mr. Nuhu Meshack, remains at large, prompting ongoing efforts to bring him to justice.
