Hotel Staff Who Returned Misplaced $70,000 Honoured with Canada Permanent Residency

Kekwaaru Ngozi Mary, a female staff member at Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos State, Nigeria, has been granted free Permanent Residency (PR) in Canada as a reward for her remarkable act of integrity.

Mary’s honesty and ethical conduct in returning a misplaced $70,000 to a customer caught the attention of both local and international organizations.

Mary’s story began when she stumbled upon a bag containing a significant sum of money at Eko Hotel and Suites. Displaying admirable integrity, she promptly reported the discovery to the hotel’s management.

In alignment with the establishment’s policy of honesty and transparency, the hotel’s General Manager initiated the process of returning the money to its rightful owner.

The incident garnered widespread attention and appreciation, highlighting Mary’s exemplary character. An international organization, impressed by Mary’s integrity and proficiency in speaking French, reached out to her. The organization was moved by her actions and offered to assist her in obtaining Canadian Permanent Residency at no cost.
