The lifeless body of a man, identified as Paschal Ike, believed to have been a victim of flooding, was discovered on a Saturday morning in Alor Uno, located within the Nsukka Local Government Area of Enugu State.
According to reports, the deceased, originally from Imilike in Udenu Local Government Area of Enugu State, had been absent from his home for about three days until his body was tragically found in the Alor Uno community, likely due to flooding.
A family member, speaking anonymously to the media, revealed that the remains of the deceased have been removed and will be temporarily deposited at the Bishop Shanahan Hospital in Nsukka Local Government Area. This arrangement will persist until police conclude their investigations into the circumstances surrounding his untimely demise.

The relative further disclosed that Paschal Ike appeared to be in good health when he was last seen three days ago, but he had experienced challenges after leaving seminary school a few years back.
The incident occurred following heavy rainfall in the university town of Nsukka two days ago.
