In a bid to bolster security measures and support the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF), Femi Otedola, Executive Chairman of Geregu Power Plc., demonstrated his commitment by donating a substantial sum of N1 billion to the Fund.
The LSSTF, a collaborative effort established 17 years ago between the public and private sectors, serves to equip, train, and provide essential logistics to law enforcement agencies operating within Lagos State.
During a ceremony at the Lagos House, Marina, the donation was represented by Tolani Otedola, one of Femi Otedola’s daughters. Expressing satisfaction with the Fund’s consistent adherence to its mandate and its continued relevance in the state’s security architecture, Otedola emphasized his resolve to contribute another N1 billion to sustain the impactful work being carried out.
