The state Public Relations Officer of NYSC, Funmi Okundaye, confirmed the incident, acknowledging the tragic passing of Bright. However, she refrained from providing further details about the circumstances surrounding his death.
The loss of a young life during the NYSC orientation program is deeply saddening and has left the entire camp community in grief. The NYSC authorities are likely to launch an investigation into the matter to understand the circumstances of Bright’s untimely demise.
