A Federal Capital Territory High Court has struck out two separate fundamental rights enforcement suits filed by the siblings of the suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele. The suits sought to prevent the Department of State Services (DSS) from inviting, harassing, or arresting them in relation to the ongoing investigation of the suspended apex bank governor. The court ruled to strike out the cases and ordered no cost to be paid by the applicants.
