Cardi B’s recent performances in Las Vegas took an unexpected turn when the fiery rapper found herself in two microphone-throwing incidents.

The WAP hitmaker was caught on camera tossing her microphone at an audience member after getting drenched by a drink thrown by a fan. The incident, captured in a video shared on Pop Base Twitter, showed Cardi’s swift reaction to the unexpected splash.

But this wasn’t the only time Cardi decided to use her microphone for something other than singing during the weekend. The night before, while performing at Drai’s Beach Club, she grew frustrated with the DJ allegedly cutting off her songs prematurely. A video shared on social media by user kfen777 depicted Cardi shouting out her name before launching the microphone towards the DJ as if she were throwing a football, before walking off stage.

In the first incident, Cardi was onstage wearing a bright orange dress, performing her hit song Bodak Yellow when the drink was thrown at her. She seemed taken aback for a moment before taking action and retaliating by throwing the microphone at the person responsible.

The Las Vegas fans endured a two-hour wait in sweltering 112-degree heat before the rapper finally appeared for her performance. Cardi even asked her fans to cool her down by throwing water on her, expressing her discomfort with the excessive heat in Sin City.

During another performance of her smash hit I Like It, Cardi was seen barefoot onstage in a neon yellow mini dress before the microphone-throwing incident that happened the next night.

While the videos of the microphone incidents left some viewers confused about the context, the poster of one of the videos clarified that the DJ had been cutting the tracks short on multiple songs, leaving Cardi visibly upset.
