Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the International Stand Out Scholarships, aspiring scholars must meet the following criteria:

1. Nationality: Applicants must be offshore international students, meaning they are not Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens, or permanent residents, and hold citizenship from one of the eligible countries.
2. Residency: International students currently residing in Australia (of any nationality) are also eligible to apply.
3. Undergraduate Studies: For applicants pursuing undergraduate studies, they must have achieved, or be on track to achieve, academic excellence in the top percentile from their high school qualification. The equivalent to an ATAR of 90.00 or an IB Diploma score of 32 or higher is required. Onshore completion of Australian year 12 is not eligible.
4. Postgraduate Studies: Those applying for postgraduate studies should have demonstrated predetermined academic merit during their undergraduate studies and meet the standard entry requirements for their chosen program. They should not have previously received a scholarship or sponsorship from Bond University, but previous completion of a Bond academic or English program is acceptable.
