Nsukka Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, NSCCIMA, has scheduled Saturday, November 11, 2023 for investiture on its second President, Barr. Sam Otoboeze.
In a statement issued by the Director General of NSCCIMA, Uchenna Nnadi, the investiture will feature pre-investiture industrial visit to the Ingrace Group and World Press Conference.
Nnadi equally said that the Chamber would unveil the new strategic initiatives and a wonder entrepreneur in the Zone as part of activities kicking off the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), adding that the Chamber would equally confer patronship on individuals who have distinguished themselves in their walks of life.

He also explained that the core mandate of NSCCIMA is to mobilize Small and Medium Scale Enterprises and seek collaborations with industries in order to make Nsukka cultural zone the hub for agro production, aggregation, processing and industrialization for investors.
Part of the statement read ” Nsukka Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NSCCIMA) is a non-religious and non-political, but a private sector institutional economic advocate for the development and growth of SMEs.NSCCIMA’s principal objective is to mobilize SMEs and seek collaboration to make its jurisdiction the inevitable economic hub of agro production, aggregation and processing, and industrialization for investors given the honey pot geography of the Zone.
“Adada, Ebọnyị, Amanyị, Obinna, Ọmambara (etc.) rivers in the Zone provide irrigation for all year round agro production, water supply and power generation.The clusters of traditional commodity markets throughout the Zone offer investors the opportunity of a modern and global commodity exchange market, agro aggregation and processing, and industrial parks with the accompanying Domestic Export Warehouse.
“The technical clusters at Ụmakashị industrial layout (Site/Mechanic Village) and Ubolo Ahọ together with UNN, Federal Poly, Ohodo, SUMAS, Madụka University and Iwollo Poly Campus at Ezimo offer the Zone solid foundation for industrialization and its own Silicon Valley.
