Akeredolu’s Body Arrives in Nigeria: Leaders, Loved Ones Gather for Solemn Reception

The return of former Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu’s remains from Germany marked a solemn moment as the plane carrying his body landed in Nigeria on Friday, January 5, 2024, at approximately 3:39 p.m.

Led by his wife, Chief Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu, and accompanied by his children and siblings, including Prof. Wole Akeredolu, the late governor’s immediate younger brother, the family received Akeredolu’s body.
