The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the African Union Commission (AUC) have joined hands to offer an exclusive 12-month fellowship opportunity for up to 40 exceptional young African women. Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates, nationals of an African Union member state.
• Age not exceeding 30 at the time of application.
• Completed Master’s degree in Economics, International Relations, Political Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Maximum of two years’ paid working experience in research, analysis, and development.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional AU working language (Arabic, French, Portuguese, or Spanish) is advantageous.
