Eligibility Criteria:
- Female candidates, nationals of an African Union member state.
- Age not exceeding 30 at the time of application.
- Completed Master’s degree in Economics, International Relations, Political Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Maximum of two years’ paid working experience in research, analysis, and development.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional AU working language (Arabic, French, Portuguese, or Spanish) is advantageous.
