AFCON: Lookman’s Brace Secures Quater-final Ticket for Nigeria

In a spectacular performance, Atalanta winger Ademola Lookman showcased his prowess, securing a 2-0 victory for Nigeria’s Super Eagles against Cameroon in the Round of 16 match of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).

The match took place at the Felix Houphouet-Boigny stadium in Ivory Coast.

Lookman’s opening goal came in the 36th minute, skillfully converting a perfect assist from Napoli goal poacher Victor Osihmen. The Atalanta winger didn’t stop there and added a second goal during stoppage time, sealing a convincing win for Nigeria.
