The long-awaited decision from the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) is scheduled for release on Wednesday, September 6th.
The LP, PDP, and APM, along with their respective presidential candidates, have lodged petitions with the tribunal to challenge the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the 2023 presidential election.
Additionally, election tribunals in 25 states are poised to deliver verdicts on petitions concerning governorship, National Assembly, and state assembly elections.
Notably, disputes over the election results declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have arisen in a significant portion of the 28 states where elections were conducted, encompassing at least 25 states.
