Believing the crash to be an ordinary accident, the women confronted the supposed offender, unaware that the collision was a carefully orchestrated trap. Armed gunmen emerged from the shadows and overpowered the victims, forcibly abducting the three female bank employees.
Of particular concern is that one of the kidnapped women is reportedly heavily pregnant, heightening fears for her safety and well-being.
Following the news of the kidnapping, law enforcement agencies and security personnel quickly mobilized a search operation to locate the abducted bank workers.
As of the time of this report, their whereabouts remain unknown. Authorities have not received any communication from the kidnappers, and efforts to contact the victims through their cell phones have proven unsuccessful, as their devices appear to be switched off.
The management of FCMB has assured the public that they are fully cooperating with law enforcement agencies and providing all necessary support to facilitate the safe recovery of their staff members. The bank has also extended its deepest sympathies to the families of the kidnapped women during this challenging time.
As the investigation into this harrowing incident continues, the public is urged to remain vigilant and report any information that may aid the authorities in resolving the kidnapping and ensuring the safe return of the victims.
